We've had lots of questions regarding the move in time on Sunday, April 19. The move in time for vendors and exhibitors is 3:00 p.m. No exceptions will be made.
There are four high school proms at the show site on Saturday night. That's the reason for the later than usual move in time. The cleaning crews won't be there to clean up until Sunday morning, and once they are done we have to get the areas prepped for move in.
Local Boy Scout troop members will be available to help move equipment into the facility. Tipping the Scouts directly is prohibited; however, a jar will be available at the sign-in table for donations to the general troop fund.

So does that mean when the agility compitition is going on there wont be any venders? thanks, Diana
